It is the largest post-secondary co-operative program in the world, with more than 11,000 students enrolled in co-op programs with 3500 active employers. Systemgroup has been fortunate to employ some of the best and brightest young minds in the industry. Working closely with University of Waterloo, we hire students for four-month work terms throughout the school year. The students earn academic credit for their work and we have the opportunity to hold a four-month, in-depth job interview to evaluate potential future employees.
