Ken Ryder, President
As President,
Ken brings over 25 years experience in the IT marketplace and has
been responsible for Systemgroup's growth and
development since 2004. The majority of his career has involved a
breadth of leadership and senior consulting roles where he and his
teams have focused on helping clients apply technology solutions to
business needs. Prior to joining Systemgroup.
Ken's background included business management positions with Bell
Canada, Scotiabank, SHL Systemhouse, KPMG Consulting, Cap Gemini
Ernst & Young.

Tim Wilson, Vice President, Finance
As VP of
Finance, Tim brings over 25 years of financial experience in
various services industries, with IT consulting responsibilities
since 2004. Tim has extensive experience in Canadian banking,
retail, and hospital and market research verticals, and has
developed significant financial acumen in a series of growing roles
and responsibilities. Tim is fully engaged and responsible for all
financial activities and many of our operational processes,
ensuring our clients receive superior service, quality and timely
information from our various time tracking and financial systems.
Tim holds a B.Comm from the University of Toronto and is a member
in good standing with the Society of Management Accountants
(CMA).

Peter Jeffs, Vice President, Sales &
Marketing
Peter joins
Systemgroup with over 22 years' experience in sales and marketing
management roles. He is an accomplished senior executive with an
outstanding track record with industry leading organizations such
as ComputerTalk, Bell Canada, Nexinnovations, OnSite Access,
AT&T and Memorex Telex. Peter is a hands-on leader adept at
change management, negotiations, communications and developing high
performance teams. He is charged with expanding Systemgroup's
business in both existing and new growth markets, as well as
expanding partners, sales and marketing channels. Peter comes to us
directly from ComputerTalk Technologies (a Microsoft ISV Partner)
where he was General Manager and Vice President of Sales and
Marketing for North America.

Mario Perez, Vice President, Client
Services
Mario
Perez joins Systemgroup as VP, Client Services with
overall leadership responsibilities for Advisory Services, AMS, and
Innovation initiatives. He brings over 20 years of experience in
the Technology Services industry in Canada, the U.S. and
internationally. His expertise encompasses the sale and
implementation of solutions focused on reducing costs and
increasing efficiency. Prior to joining Systemgroup, Mario worked
for a variety of leading Microsoft partners as SVP Sales and Client
Services, Portfolio Director, VP Project Services, as well as
Services Executive with Microsoft Canada managing services'
partners and corporate accounts for Central Canada. His background
includes Application Lifecycle Management, Product Globalization,
Collaboration, Integration, E-Procurement and E-Commerce and
industry experience in Energy, Finance, Health Care, Food Service,
Retail and Technology.

Daryl is a

experience, who oversees our talented Development team, Project
Management Services and Product Development team as our Vice
President, Delivery Services. His strengths include an expert
knowledge of Microsoft application platform solutions development,
a strong business and computer science background, an ability to
conceptualize and solve complex problems, strong communication and
facilitation skills, and an ability to be effective across multiple
departments. These considerable strengths have resulted in a number
of award winning solutions for Systemgroup, as well as recognition
as a top level Partner in the Microsoft ecosystem. Daryl holds a B.
Math from University of Waterloo and has obtained Microsoft
