The majority of his career has involved a breadth of leadership and senior consulting roles where he and his teams have focused on helping clients apply technology solutions to business needs. Prior to joining Systemgroup Ken’s background included business management positions with Bell Canada, Scotiabank, SHL Systemhouse, KPMG Consulting, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.

• Oleg Gorchkov, Practice Director

  Oleg lends more than 15 years of diverse experience in the Information Technology and Solution Development industry and more than 9 years in Enterprise Solutions and Enterprise Applications Integration to our Business Process and Integration practice. Originally from Russia, Oleg lived and worked for many years in Australia. He holds a B.Sc. Math degree from the Rostov State University (Russia) and has obtained Microsoft Certified Professional certifications in a range of Microsoft Technologies, including MCSD.NET, MCAD.NET, MCSD/VB6, MCP/Windows NT.

  Daryl is a highly skilled, accomplished systems professional who is responsible for our thriving Custom Development practice. His strengths include an expert knowledge of solutions development and systems integration development, a strong business and computer science background, an ability to conceptualize and solve complex problems, strong communication and facilitation skills, and an ability to be effective across multiple departments. These considerable strengths have lead to a number of award winning solutions for Systemgroup. Daryl holds a B. Math from University of Waterloo and has obtained Microsoft Professional certification in a number of Microsoft technologies.

Rob has worked across North America to plan, design and implement various enterprise wide information systems including business intelligence systems and financial and healthcare solutions. Rob brings to Systemgroup his dedication to helping customers improve their business through the application of technology.

  For the past two years, as Director, Client Services, Tim has been responsible for business development and client management activities at Systemgroup. Over 20 years experience gained within established IT organizations including SHL Systemhouse and CGI Group Inc, has culminated in the ability to building strong and lasting relationships with our clients. Tim is a graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology’s Systems Analysis and Programming.
